The Accreditation Path in PCMN
The development pathway within the Premier Coaching & Mentoring Network is designed for the accreditation of key competencies. This rigorous process ensures the quality of service provided by our associates and the coaching and mentoring programs offered for training and development within organizations. By adhering to strict standards, we guarantee that our professionals are equipped to deliver exceptional results in their respective fields.
STEP 1. Associate Coach & Mentor / ACM - PCMN
EMA Approved.
60 hours of Coaching Training.
30 hours of Practice.
Min 6 clients.
$75 USD Exam Fee.
STEP 2. Professional Coach & Mentor / PCM - PCMN
EMA Approved.
100 hours of Coaching Training.
200 hours of Practice.
Minimum of 25 Clients. (70% Paid)
4-hour mentoring sessions from an MCM.
$180 USD Exam Fee.
STEP 3. Master Coach & Mentor / MCM - PCMN
EMA Approved.
200 hours of Coaching Training.
500 hours of Practice.
Minimum of 50 Clients. (80% Paid)
6-hour mentoring sessions from an PMCM.
10 hours of Mentoring to PCM.
$250 USD Exam Fee.
STEP 4. Premier Master Coach & Mentor / PMCM - PCMN
EMA Approved.
1200 hours of Practice.
Lead at least 01 Coaching or Mentoring Program.
At least 5 years of Coaching and Mentoring experience.
15 hours of Mentoring to MCM.
$350 USD Exam Fee.
Additional Instructions for the PCMN Accreditation Process
EMA: Elementing Mastery Academy.
The documentation must be submitted for evaluation by the accreditation committee.
The EMA exam and the corresponding payment will take place after the accreditation documents have been approved.
Ensure all required documents are complete and accurate before submission.
Allow sufficient time for the committee's review and approval process.

The accreditation will be valid for 5 years.
